VISION

To develop Eluru College of Engineering & Technology into an Institution of Global standards catering to the educational needs of students and also contribute to the welfare of local Community.

MISSION

To impart total quality education at Under Graduate and Post Graduate levels by: Inculcating best teaching and learning practices; providing opportunities for faculty development, Consultancy, Research; striving for maximum results in the examinations; Creating avenues for industry interaction to provide training and placement opportunities; managing the institution with good governance and transparency and strive for well-being of local community.

QUALITY POLICY

To achieve academic Excellence in the field of Technical education through continuous improvement and total employee and stake holders involvement.

SHORT-TERM GOALS:

  • To secure at least one university rank.
  • To achieve more than 90% results with maximum no. of distinctions.
  • To have linkages with industry for training & placement, projects and curriculum management.
  • To inculcate professional behavior in students through seminars, mock interviews etc.
  • To use modern teaching aids and develop special labs.
  • To develop research oriented work culture among faculty and students.
  • To organize seminars and paper contests every year.
  • To introduce one more post graduate program.
  • To conduct one International Conference once in two years.

LONG-TERM GOALS:

  • To achieve 100% placements through Campus Interviews
  • To reach International standards through innovative methods of teaching
  • To achieve 100% result with maximum number of Distinctions
  • To make department self-reliant through revenue generation by taking up projects from Industry
