Dr. Challari Suresh Babu, is a distinguished academician and researcher with over two decades of experience in teaching and research. As the Head of the Department of Science and Humanities at Eluru College of Engineering & Technology, he has been instrumental in enhancing the foundational education of engineering students.
He holds an M.Sc., M.Phil., and Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, with his doctoral research focusing on “Adsorption studies of two reactive dyes and decolorization of textile effluents using prepared activated carbons.” Dr. Suresh Babu’s research interests include analytical chemistry, environmental pollution, and adsorption kinetics, resulting in 17 publications in reputed national and international journals.
As a research guide recognized by JNTUK, he is actively mentoring scholars and has a strong inclination toward integrating innovative teaching methodologies. He is also a dedicated online educator, running YouTube channels like “ECET e-Learning” and “Dr. CSB-Easy Chemistry Tutorials,” where he provides accessible and comprehensive learning resources.
His leadership and commitment to academic excellence have significantly contributed to the department’s growth and the overall development of the institution.
