ABOUT OUR BRANCH
Power Electronics (PE) is a dynamic field that combines the principles of electrical engineering, electronics, and control systems to design, develop, and test modern power electronic systems. The PE branch focuses on the study of power electronic devices, power conversion, control systems, and electrical machines.
Our college’s Power Electronics department aims to support technological advancements in power systems, renewable energy, and energy efficiency. Our students are prepared to influence the direction of power electronic systems because they get a significant emphasis on power electronic devices, power conversion, and control systems.
Our Power Electronics degree graduates have a wide range of job options, including power system engineering, renewable energy systems, power electronic design, and research. They are in great demand. Our former students have gone on to work at prestigious power and energy companies, start their own design firms, and pursue graduate degrees.
